I called Jeremy, owner of Community First Painting, in March to get an estimate for painting my 3-story townhome. Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable and walked through the process with me before sending over the estimate. The estimate was within reason and a bit less than other bidders I had met with in the fall. Warren (the painter) followed all of the standard processes: power washing, prepping and caulking, masking the trim, covering the windows, and eventually painting. My townhouse (did I mention it is 3 stories?!) has a ton of trim and Warren and his team managed to paint every last inch of it perfectly. Throughout the process, both Warren and Jeremy kept me in the loop as to what to expect and when. Only minor touchups had to be made and they were completed quickly and with a smile. Highly recommend. Nice guys, great workmanship, good value.
